1. Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of Quebec who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the contest form with their contact details and answer the required questions. Entries must be submitted by November 1st, 2024.

3. Contest Period
The contest begins on October 1st 2024 and ends on November 1st 2024. Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.

4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free upgrade to a hybrid model of their choice when leasing a standard 2025 Honda vehicle. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on November 5th 2024. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form.

6. Publicity
By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness in promotional materials and announcements related to the contest without additional compensation.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions
The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. The sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the contest.

9. Governing Law
The contest is governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes arising from the contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
